During this time Michelle was studying at SFSU in the Holistic Health Care Program where she was introduced to Anthroposophical Medicine and Biodynamics, she graduated with an emphasis in Science and Health. From there she moved into sales and marketing for an international importer, whose focus was to showcase the high quality wines produced from organically grown grapes in Europe.
